Following the success of "Inside Man", Spike Lee has made a deal to rewrite "Selling Time," a supernatural thriller for 20th Century Fox. John Davis and Jennifer Klein will produce. The story concerns a man who sells chunks of his life in an attempt to relive and change the worst day of his life. It’s been in development for ages, with Forest Whitaker at one point on board to direct and Will Smith considering the lead. Spike's next project is the HBO documentary, "When the Levees Broke", an examination of the U.S. government's role and its response to Hurricane Katrina.
