The cast and friends show up at NYC's Ziegfeld Theater for a night of film, music and dance.

On Monday evening (August 21st), the cast and crew of "Idlewild" celebrated the premiere at NYC's Ziegfeld Theater. On hand were Director Bryan Barber, Producer Charles Roven, OutKast's Andre Benjmain and Big Boi, Paula Patton, Terrence Howard,Choreographer Hilton Battle, Paula Jai Parker, Patti LaBelle, Macy Gray, Ben Vereen, Composer Blue Williams. Other celebs included Tony winner Lachanze (The Color Purple), Eva Pigford, Phylicia Rashad, Susie Castillo, Darrin Henson, Liza Minnelli, Nile Rodgers, Sky Nellor, Sleepy Brown, Director Charles Stone (Drumline), Sam Rockwell, Stephon Marbury, and many more.
