NOWHERELAND Casting news Parker plays the separated wife of Murphy's character, Evan. She can't understand his fascination with their 6-year-old daughter's imaginary world, which Murphy explores to help solve his work problems. Davis playsEvan's longtime friend,a therapist who calls himself the Man Whisperer and believes that all Evan needs to overcome his troubles is a good cry. Cox plays the humorless capital fund group boss who suspects Evan of insider trading but doesn't care as long as he gets results. Thomas Haden Church also stars as Murphy's ruthless co-worker. Parker next stars opposite Martin Lawrence in Universal Pictures' "The Better Man," due in theaters in February. Her other credits include "Soul Food," "Remember the Titans" and "Blue Streak." She is repped by Gersh Agency, Maani Golesorkhi of Blue Stone Entertainment and law firm Bloom Hergott Diemer Rosenthal LaViolette & Feldman. Davis' recent credits include "School for Scoundrels," "License to Wed" and "Scary Movie 4." He stars opposite Will Ferrell and Andre Benjamin in the upcoming New Line Cinema comedy "Semi-Pro." Davis is repped by Global Artists Agency, Joel Zadak at Principato Young Entertainment and Jeff Bernstein at Jackoway Tyerman Wertheimer Austen Mandelbaum & Morris. Cox, a veteran character actor, has appeared in more than 100 films and TV shows during his career, including "Deliverance," "Robocop," "Total Recall" and "Murder at 1600." He is repped by APA and manager Michael P. Levine.
