The cast of Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter appeared in New York City’s Ritz Carlton Hotel to promote the film. In attendance were screenwriter Seth Grahame-Smith, producer Tim Burton, Rufus Sewell, Mary Elizabeth Winstead, director Timur Bekmambetov, Benjamin Walker, Dominic Cooper, producer Jim Lemley, and Anthony Mackie.

Opening on June 22, Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter is based on the novel by Seth Grahame-Smith (who also wrote the adaptation) and the film is directed by Timur Bekmambetov. Newcomer Benjamin Walker stars as the president. When President Lincoln’s mother is killed by a supernatural creature, his passion is fueled to crush vampires and their slave-owning helpers.
