Underground’s Amirah Vann To Recur On ‘How To Get Away With Murder’

Deadline is reporting that Amirah Vann, who played Ernestine on WGN America’s Underground, has signed on to recur on the fourth season of ABC’s How To Get Away With Murder.

In the wake of Wes’s tragic death, Annalise returns to her family home to pick up the pieces of her shattered life, and realizes that, in order to rebuild, she must make a tough and shocking decision. Meanwhile, “the Keating 4” all face an uncertain future while Laurel becomes obsessed with finding out what actually happened to Wes the night he died. In a flash-forward, a terrifying crime is committed and everyone is a suspect.

Details on Vann’s role has not been revealed at this time.

Vann was recently seen in a guest-starring role on the October 4th episode of Law & Order: SVU. She’s also joined the sixth season of TNT’s crime-drama series Major Crimes in a recurring role. For her role on Underground, she was nominated for a NAACP Image Award. That show wrapped its second and final season in May.

Her other credits include roles on Girls, Mozart in the Jungle, and features Tracers and And So it Goes.
