DeRay Davis Joins G.I Joe 2: Retaliationby Wilson Morales

On his twitter page, Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson announced that comedian/ actor DeRay Davis has joined the cast of ‘G.I Joe 2: Retaliation.’
“On set now. We’re all waiting for ONE actor: @DeRayDavis. Very late. Time to get ya ass whupped son.”
Directed by Jon Chu (Justin Bieber: Never Say Never), the sequel will only bring back Channing Tatum (Duke), Ray Park (Snake Eyes), and Byung-hun Lee (Storm Shadow) from the first film. New additions includes Johnson playing Roadblock, Adrianne Palicki as Lady Jaye, D.J Cotrona as Flint, RZA as Blind Master, Joseph Mazzello as Mouse, Elodie Yung as Jinx, Justified’s Walton Goggins as Warden Nigel James, and Bruce Willis as Joe Colton.
While his character hasn’t been identified, Davis, who was recently seen in the romantic comedy ‘Jumping the Broom,’ will also appeared in the big screen adaptation of the TV show ‘21 Jump Street.’
