Exclusive: GCB’s Leslie Bibb Added To ‘No Good Deed’by Wilson Morales

Blackfilm.com has learned that actress Leslie Bibb, who’s currently on ABC’s new series ‘GCB,‘ has been added to the Screen Gems’ thriller ‘No Good Deed,’ joining Idris Elba and Taraji P. Henson.
The film centers on a former D.A turned stay-at-home mom (Henson) and her two small children who are terrorized and kidnapped after she invites a handsome (Elba) but mysterious stranger into their home to wait for help after his car runs off the road.
Bibb will play Meg, a friend’s of Henson’s character.
Already cast in the film are Mexican star Kate Del Castillo as Elba’s cheating ex-fiancee, and Henry Simmons (ABC’s ‘NYPD Blue’) as Henson’s businessman husband. Sam Miller (“Luther”) is directing from a script by Aimee Lagos (“96 Minutes”).
Bibb’s previous credits include ‘Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby,’ ‘Iron Man,’ Law Abiding Citizen,’ ‘Iron Man 2,’ and ‘Zookeeper.’
Will Packer is producing via his Rainforest Films banner along with Lee Clay, while Elba is exec producing with Ellen Goldsmith-Vein, Lindsay Williams and Rob Hardy. Screen Gems prexy Clint Culpepper will oversee the project for the studio.
‘No Good Deed’ is currently filming in Atlanta, Georgia.
