Halle Berry Unofficially Back as Storm for X-Men: Days of Future PastPosted by Wilson Morales

With no official quote or confirmation, Halle Berry, while speaking with Shadow and Act about her upcoming film The Call, has told the site that she’ll be returning as Storm in Bryan Singer’s X-Men: Days of Future Past.
“she did confirm to me that she would be returning in the role. Most likely. Practically 90% sure. And she nodded a lot too. I can’t say, and neither could she say that it’s definitely a done deal, and that the contracts have all been signed, with all the “i”s dotted and the “t”s crossed,” is what she said to the site.
The site also stated, “a few details that are still being negotiated which she couldn’t get into. But since she did tell me that the film starts shooting in April, it’s highly unlikely that talks are going to suddenly and horribly fall apart at this point, and the producers have to scramble to find a replacement at the very last minute.”
Bryan Singer has been updating on twitter page as to who’s back so far, and they are Hugh Jackman, Ian McKellen, Patrick Stewart, James McAvoy, Jennifer Lawrence, Michael Fassbender, Nicholas Hoult, Anna Paquin, Ellen Page, Shawn Ashmore and Peter Dinklage.
As Berry continues to do more press on The Call, a better clarification should be forthcoming.
Set for release on July 18, 2014, Bryan Singer’s X-Men: Days of Future Past is based on the comic book storyline “Days of Future Past,” which ran in Uncanny X-Men #141 and 142 back in 1981 during Chris Claremont and John Byrne’s run and introduced the idea of an alternate future for Marvel’s mutants that grew out of the Brotherhood of Evil Mutants killing an important senator, leading to a future where all mutants are hunted by Sentinels.
