American Horror Story fans are eagerly anticipating the season 12 return of hit FX series. But no one expected the news of Kim Kardashian starring along side ‘AHS’ alum Emma Roberts for the upcoming installment titled ‘Delicate’.

The announcement was made on Ryan Murphy‘s Instagram page and fans seem to be torn with many excited by the return of the reality star to scripted.
American Horror Story – Delicate is based on the upcoming novel “Delicate Condition” by Danielle Valentine. The series will be written and showrun by a single writer, Halley Feiffer, which is a first for the Ryan Murphy production.
Kim K, who is most notably known as a reality star on the long running E! series Keeping Up with the Kardashians, which later moved to Hulu as The Kardashians, has traditionally appeared as herself in scripted film and television. This should be an interesting departure for her. We can only hope that the Ryan Murphy camp has pushed her to expand those acting chops.
Filming it set to take place this month in New York so fans won’t have to wait much longer for the next ‘AHS’ installment!
