Malcolm D. Lee To Direct Kevin Hart In Will Packer & Universal Pictures Comedy ‘Night School’Posted by Wilson Morales

Malcolm D. Lee will be collaborating with producer Will Packer again with ‘Night School,’ a new comedy starring Kevin Hart.
Based on a story by Hart, who wrote it with Harry Ratchford, Joey Wells and Matt Kellard, with additional script work by Nick Stoller, the comedy follows a group of misfits who are forced to attend adult classes in the long-shot chance they’ll pass the GED exam.
Will Packer will produce for his Will Packer Productions alongside Hart and his Hartbeat Productions banner. Packer & Lee have the comedy Girls Trip (with Regina Hall, Queen Latifah, Jada Pickett Smith and Tiffany Haddish) coming out on July 21st.
Packer and Hart have worked together on Think Like a Man, Ride Along, About Last Night, Think Like a Man Too, The Wedding Ringer, and Ride Along 2.
Lee also directed The Best Man, Undercover Brother, Welcome Home, Roscoe Jenkins, and The Best Man Holiday and for the studio.
Universal Pictures will release Night School in theaters on September 28, 2018,
