Mike Colter To Reprise ‘Good Wife’ Role In CBS All Access’s The Good FightPosted by Wilson Morales

Deadline is reporting that Mike Colter will be reprising his role as Chicago Drug Lord Lemond Bishop from The Good Wife on the spinoff series on The Good Fight, which currently airs on CBS All Access. The site states that Colter will have a guest arc during the series’ second second.
Bishop is a powerful Chicago drug lord who was a controversial major client of Lockhart/Gardner. He first appeared toward the end of the first season and quickly grew into a major recurring character, appearing in 21 episodes of the series’ first six seasons. Bishop’s Good Wife story left off with him in prison; it will now be picked up on The Good Fight, which stars The Good Wife’s Christine Baranski and Cush Jumbo.
Colter currently plays superhero Luke Cage on Marvel’s Luke Cage. He first appeared on Marvel’s Jessica Jones and then on his own series on Netflix, as well as in The Defenders superhero team-up miniseries. Season 2 of Luke Cage will be released in June.
He last appeared on the comedy blockbuster Girls Trip and will soon start shooting Fox 2000’s faith-based drama, The Impossible, which has This Is Us actress Chrissy Metz in the starring role. he also signed on to co-star opposite Jamie Bell and Danielle McDonald in the film Skin, from Israeli director Guy Nattiv.
