Rob Brown Joins Dark Knight Risesby Wilson Morales

Variety states that actor Rob Brown, who currently stars as Delmond Lambreaux in the HBO series ‘Treme,’ has been added to the cast of ‘The Dark Knight Rises,’ joining Christian Bale, Michael Caine, Gary Oldman, Morgan Freeman, Tom Hardy, and Anne Hathaway.
The 27 year-old New York native is known for his roles in the films ‘Finding Forrester,’ ‘Coach Carter,’ ‘Take the Lead,’ and ‘The Express.’
Directed by Christopher Nolan, Christian Bale returns as Batman to battle Tom Hardy as Bane and Anne Hathaway as Catwoman. No plot details have been announced.
‘The Dark Knight Rises’ will hits theaters on July 20, 2012.
