According to boxofficemojo, Think Like a Man Too is the official title and sequel to Screen Gems’ box office hit Think Like A Man, which opened No. 1 at the domestic box office in April in 2012 and has grossed $91+M overall to date.
The budget on that film was less than $14 million.
Produced by Will Packer via his Rainforest Films banner, the sequel will open up May 30, 2014.
While no cast has been announced, Keith Merryman and David A. Newman have been hired to write the film. Steve Harvey, on whose book Act Like A Lady, Think Like A Man the original film is based, will serve as executive producer alongside Rushion McDonald and Rob Hardy.
The original film, which stars Michael Ealy, Jerry Ferrara, Meagan Good, Regina Hall, Kevin Hart, Taraji P. Henson, Terrance J, Romany Malco, Gary Owen, Gabrielle Union, Lala Vazquez, and Arielle Kebbel.
