Universal To Release Stella Meghie’s Romance Drama ‘The Photograph’ On Valentine’s Day 2020

Universal Pictures will release writer-director Stella Meghie‘s romantic drama “The Photograph,” starring Issa Rae and Lakeith Stanfield, on Valentine’s Day, Feb. 14, 2020.

Will Packer and James Lopez of Will Packer Productions with Meghie and Rae also on board to exec produce. Senior VP of production Sara Scott and creative executive Mika Pryce will oversee production for Universal.

“The Photograph,” a sweeping love story about forgiveness and finding the courage to seek the truth, no matter where it may lead you, is based on an original spec by “Everything, Everything” director Stella Meghie.

Cast members also include Jasmine Cephas Jones, Y’Lan Noel, Kelvin Harrison Jr., Chelsea Peretti, Lil Rel Howery, Teyonah Parris, Chante Adams, Rob Morgan, Courtney B. Vance, and Kingsley Ben-Adir.
