The trailer to director Corey Grant‘s latest film, ‘The Lost Coast Tapes,’ has gone online. The film, through New Breed Entertainment, will be released in the UK in September and in theaters in major markets of the US in October.

Starring Drew Rausch, Rich McDonald, Noah Weisberg, Frank Ashmore and Ashley Wood, the film is set in 2011 with found footage of a group of investigative journalists who disappear after traveling to a site in Northern California to verify the discovery of a dead Sasquatch.

Sean Reynolds, an eager Television Host, is on a mission to debunk famed Bigfoot hunter Carl Drybeck, who claims to possess the body of a dead Sasquatch. When the team arrives in Northern California they are immediately thrilled — Drybeck’s zealous belief in his hoax is going to make for a wildly entertaining episode of campy-paranormal television.

However, when Drybeck’s hunting partner is mysteriously attacked, the team is left alone and reality begins to set in. The evidence is stacking up, Drybeck’s theory may not be a hoax, and the existence of Bigfoot might just be the least of their worries.

Shot on location in the region of the world’s largest concentration of Bigfoot sightings and based on the real accounts of locals, THE LOST COAST TAPES reveals a new truth about America’s oldest living legend.

Produced by Chevez Frazier, Chris Beal and Corey Grant for New Breed Entertainment, the script was written by Brian Kelsey and Bryan Ocain.

Grant’s previous film was the romantic comedy Dysfunctional Friends,’ which starred Keith Robinson, Meagan Good, Stacey Dash, Tatyana Ali, Essence Atkins, Vanessa Simmons, Erica Hubbard, Hosea Sanchez, Wesley Jonathan, Jason Weaver, Datari Turner, Reagan Gomez, Persia White, Stacy Keibler, Christian Keyes, Laila Odom and NFL Superstar Terrell Owens.
