The doc was accused of murdering his wife and was hellbent on finding the one-armed man who actually did it and with whom Kimble struggled after the killing.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" data-expand=\"600\" class=\"lazyload alignleft size-medium wp-image-139901\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;charset=utf-8,%3Csvg xmlns%3D'http%3A%2F%2Fwww.w3.org%2F2000%2Fsvg' viewBox%3D'0 0 300 183'%2F%3E\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.blackfilm.com\/read\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Albert-and-Allen-Hughes-300x183.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"183\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Best known as one-half of <strong>The Hughes brothers<\/strong>, Albert and his brother <strong>Allen<\/strong> co-directed a number of films together such as <strong>Menace II Society, Dead Presidents, From Hell<\/strong> and <strong>The Book of Eli<\/strong>. On his own, Albert most recently directed<strong> Alpha<\/strong> and he directed the pilot and the second episode of the upcoming Showtime limited series <strong>The Good Lord Bird<\/strong>.
