According to TVLine<\/a>, Spectrum Network has officially delayed the premiere of the upcoming second season of\u00a0L.A.\u2019s Finest<\/strong><\/a>. Originally scheduled to make its return today through Spectrum\u2019s on-demand service, the Bad Boys<\/strong> spinoff series has been pushed to an unknown later date this year. The sudden premiere delay comes on the heels of the ongoing protests against racial injustices and police brutality following the unlawful deaths of Ahmaud Arbery, George Floyd, and Breonna Taylor.<\/p>\n

The series, starring\u00a0Gabrielle Union and Jessica Alba,\u00a0<\/strong>launched on Spectrum Originals in May 2019 and brought in over 3.4 million viewers to date and has been the #1 viewed series on the Spectrum On Demand platform.<\/p>\n

From the universe of the Jerry Bruckheimer “Bad Boys” franchise, L.A.’s FINEST Season One took us into the lives of former DEA agent, Syd Burnett (Gabrielle Union), who left her complicated past behind to join the LAPD, and detective Nancy McKenna (Jessica Alba), who juggled her demanding case-load with a rebellious teenage step-daughter.
