The show will have the original cast members Elizabeth Berkley and Mario Lopez back, reprising their roles as Jessie Spano and A.C. Slater. John Michael Higgins also stars as Principal Toddman alongside the new class featuring Belmont Cameli, Dexter Darden, Mitchell Hoog, Alycia Pascual-Pe\u00f1a, Josie Totah and Haskiri Velazquez. Tracey Wigfeild is writing the series as well as executive producing alongside Franco Bario and Peter Engel. The series is produced by Universal Television, a division of Universal Studio Group.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the reboot, Zack Morris has gone on to become California\u2019s Governor. After getting into hot water for closing too many underfunded high schools, he proposes affected students get sent to the most well-funded schools in the state \u2013 including Bayside High. The influx of new students gives the privileged Bayside kids (who never have a problem that can&#8217;t be solved in twenty-two minutes) a much-needed dose of reality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Saved by the Bell<\/em> debuted in 1989 on NBC and lasted for four seasons ending in 1993. The show was so popular that it received two spinoffs &#8211; <em>Saved by the Bell: The New Class<\/em> and <em>Saved by the Bell: The College Years<\/em>. The <em>Saved by the Bell<\/em> reboot will premier Wednesday, Nov. 25 on Peacock.
