If there’s anyone worth dropping a book for to watch TV, it’s Daniel Kaluuya. Daniel Kaluuya is hosting the latest edition of the popular sketch comedy show Saturday Night Live<\/a><\/em> and the promo is out! The Get Out star will be hosting alongside musical guest St. Vincent on this Saturday, April 3 8:30pm pt\/11:30pm ET. Daniel Kaluuya SNL Promo<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kaluuya is hosting on the heels of SNL<\/em> veteran, Maya Rudolph, marking his first time leading the long running late-night show. Mostly known for his dramatic acting chops, audiences will get to know a different side of the British actor. In the promo, Kaluuya stands with cast SNL cast member Aidy Bryant and St. Vincent as he urges the audience “Put down the books and watch us on TV.” This shouldn’t be a problem as Kaluuya has a big fan base that just likes to watch him…be him. All of which was apparent in his Good Morning America<\/em><\/a> interview with Robin Roberts that social media set ablaze. The actor made the ultra professional journalist giggle like a schoolgirl when he exclaimed in “You gotta give me more butta”. Her rebuttal was simply, “You are too much, you are right on time.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The British actor has been steadily on the rise since starring in the 2017 thriller Get Out<\/em>. Since then he has starred in the blockbuster films Black Panther<\/em> and Queen & Slim<\/em>. The actor is also making news for portraying Black Panther leader, Fred Hampton, in Judas and the Black Messiah<\/em>, for which he received an Oscar nomination. Kaluuya can also be seen in the upcoming Jordan Peele film describes as a Horror event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
