On Wednesday night, October 13, 2021<\/strong>, Netflix hosted a special screening of the film THE HARDER THEY FALL<\/a> <\/em><\/strong>at The Shrine in Los Angeles. In attendance, was director, writer, composer and producer Jeymes Samuel<\/strong>; producers James Lassiter<\/strong> and Shawn Carter<\/strong>; actors Jonathan Majors, Regina King and Deon Cole<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Attendees included Beyonc\u00e9, Ava DuVernay, Tiffany Haddish, Alicia Keys, Swizz Beatz, Winnie Harlow, Teyana Taylor, Keke Palmer, Logan Browning, Bre-Z, Kehlani, Seal, Nas, Kendrick Lamar, John David Washington, Taraji P. FILM SYNOPSIS \u2014 <\/strong>When outlaw Nat Love (Jonathan Majors<\/strong>) discovers that his enemy Rufus Buck (Idris Elba<\/strong>) is being released from prison he rounds up his gang to track Rufus down and seek revenge. Those riding with him in this assured, righteously new school Western include his former love Stagecoach Mary (Zazie Beetz<\/strong>), his right and left hand men \u2014 hot-tempered Bill Pickett (Edi Gathegi<\/strong>) and fast drawing Jim Beckwourth (R.J. Cyler<\/strong>)\u2014and a surprising adversary-turned-ally.\u00a0 Rufus Buck has his own fearsome crew, including “Treacherous” Trudy Smith (Regina King<\/strong>) and Cherokee Bill (LaKeith Stanfield<\/strong>), and they are not a group that knows how to lose. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
