Funny and blunt, Lynette doesn\u2019t have an unexpressed thought.\u00a0\u00a0Lynette loves and admires Sunday but can be judgmental\u00a0and is not above dropping subtle digs \u2014 like how their grandmother would roll\u00a0over in her grave if she\u00a0knew Sunday only attends church on Easter and New\u00a0Year\u2019s Eve.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-expand=\"600\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;charset=utf-8,%3Csvg xmlns%3D'http%3A%2F%2Fwww.w3.org%2F2000%2Fsvg' viewBox%3D'0 0 1 1'%2F%3E\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.blackfilm.com\/read\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/CTD_-_Key_Art_Vertical.8200bf2c8066.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"lazyload wp-image-163376\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>About Tinashe Kajese-Bolden<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-expand=\"600\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;charset=utf-8,%3Csvg xmlns%3D'http%3A%2F%2Fwww.w3.org%2F2000%2Fsvg' viewBox%3D'0 0 1 1'%2F%3E\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.blackfilm.com\/read\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/907A0880-rotated.jpeg\" alt=\"Tinashe Kajese-Bolden 'Cherish the Day'\n\" class=\"lazyload wp-image-163375\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Raised in Zimbabwe and Kenya, Tinashe has a BFA in Theater at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign and, also a painter, participated in a conservatory&nbsp;program for artists during her college career.&nbsp;Tinashe was recently named the Co-Artistic Director at the Alliance Theater in Atlanta and has directed&nbsp;and produced many plays there. Past film and TV credits include \u201cThe Suicide Squad,\u201d (2021) \u201cThe Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks,\u201d \u201cValor,\u201d \u201cPeacemaker,\u201d and&nbsp;\u201cDynasty.\u201d&nbsp;&nbsp;When not acting or directing, Tinashe is an avid acrylic painter on big canvases and has a studio space in her home. She is a big believer in mind-body&nbsp;balance and uses art as a way to destress and express herself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At home in Zimbabwe, her family\u2019s farm has a small school that teachers kids through 4th grade. Located in a rural area, a lot of children there wouldn\u2019t receive a&nbsp;formal education if not for the school. In Atlanta, TInashe also mentors students from Spellman University through fellowship and internship programs at Alliance&nbsp;Theater. This gives students real life experiences and aids them in the transition from college student to professional performer.
