Warner passed away at the age of 54 in a drowning accident on Sunday, while vacationing with his family in Costa Rica. According to reports from the Associated Press and confirmed by Costa Rica\u2019s Judicial Investigation Police, Warner was swimming at Playa Grande near Cahuita when he was caught in a powerful current and pulled into deeper waters.
