The event celebrated the multicultural visionary creatives whose work behind the scenes shape the culture of beauty, fashion and style across film, television and the red carpet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Held Wednesday March 11th during Oscar week at The Maybourne, a 5-star luxury Beverly Hills hotel, the black-tie event, honored the trailblazing artists and innovators whose talent influences how Hollywood\u2019s biggest stars show up on screen and in the spotlight.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Carter<\/strong>, who received the Janell Stephens Signature Award<\/strong>; iconic fashion designer and modern glamour architect Sergio Hudson<\/strong>, recipient of the Fashion Visionary Award<\/strong>; legendary film hairstylist and industry trailblazer Camille Friend<\/strong>, who received the Industry Impact Award<\/strong>; celebrity barber and grooming innovator John Mosley<\/strong>, honored with the Barber Visionary Award<\/strong>; and.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Also recognized were; celebrity makeup artist and beauty tastemaker Sheika Daley<\/strong>, who received the Makeup Visionary Award<\/strong>; red carpet celebrity hair specialist Tym Wallace<\/strong>, honored with the Red Carpet Hair Visionary Award<\/strong>; and celebrity stylist and fashion innovator Vincent Smith<\/strong>, who received the Style Disruptor Award<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
