Audiences will bond with the women as they experience the joy and pain unique to their paths towards the Promised Land.<\/p>\n<p>Actor\/producer <strong>Idris Elba<\/strong> serves as an executive producer for the scripted series. \u201cI decided to get involved with Milk + Honey because of the strong demand for content that is relatable and authentic\u201d states Elba about his involvement with the project, \u201cBrown Paper Dolls has an intuitive way of displaying positive images of women throughout the series.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The series stars <strong>Lance Gross<\/strong> (Our Family Wedding, House of Payne), <strong>Faune Chambers<\/strong> (Curious Case of Benjamin Button),  <strong>Bryce Wilson<\/strong> (Beauty Shop), veteran actress <strong>Debbie Allen<\/strong> and introduces<strong> Asha Kamali.
