Lionsgate has started celebrating the 12-week mark in the countdown leading to the worldwide release of the upcoming sequel with the announcement that tickets to see the film will go on sale beginning Tuesday, October 1st<\/sup> at 12:00 PM EDT \/ 9:00 AM PDT.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/strong>It has also announced the debut of the first song from the official The Hunger Games: Catching Fire soundtrack, the track \u201cAtlas\u201d by multiplatinum recording artist Coldplay.\u00a0 The two announcements kicked off Lionsgate\u2019s \u201cTickTock\u201d campaign, which will reveal exciting new developments each week through The Hunger Games Explorer (www.thehungergamesexplorer.com<\/a><\/strong>) as audiences around the globe eagerly await the November 22nd<\/sup> worldwide release of the film in theaters.<\/p>\n

Advance movie tickets will be available through Fandango<\/a>, MovieTickets.com<\/a> and exhibitor websites. The track \u201cAtlas\u201d is available now for download via iTunes.<\/p>\n

Blackfilm.com is one of 75 sites giving away two tickets to the premiere, which will be in Los Angeles on November 18, 2013<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
