\"Chiwetel<\/a>Currently gracing the covers of both Vanity Fair’s Hollywood Issue and Essence March Issue, Oscar nominee and 12 Years A Slave\u2018s Chiwetel Ejiofor and Fruitvale Station\u2019s Michael B. Jordan<\/strong><\/strong> have been added to the star-studded cast of John Hillcoat<\/strong>-directed heist thriller, Triple Nine<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The actors join a group that includes Kate Winslet, Aaron Paul, Teresa Palmer, Gal Gadot, Michael Pena<\/strong>, and Casey Affleck<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Written by Hillcoat and Matt Cook<\/strong>, production will begin this summer. Open Road will release the film in 2015.<\/p>\n

In the drama, a crew of dirty cops is blackmailed by the Russian mob to execute a virtually impossible heist. The only way to pull it off is to manufacture a 999, police code for \u201cofficer down\u201d. Their plan is turned upside down when the unsuspecting rookie they set up to die foils the attack, triggering a breakneck, action-packed finale filled with double-crosses, greed and revenge.<\/p>\n
