Once there, though they encounter a hellish, ancient artifact that turns the mission into a nightmare.\u00a0The film takes place between the events of\u00a0<strong>Halo 4<\/strong>\u00a0and the upcoming\u00a0<strong>Halo 5: Guardians<\/strong>, in which Locke will play an integral role.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.blackfilm.com\/read\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/Halo-Nightfall-Mike-Colter1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" data-expand=\"600\" class=\"lazyload alignright size-medium wp-image-55203\" alt=\"Halo Nightfall - Mike Colter\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;charset=utf-8,%3Csvg xmlns%3D'http%3A%2F%2Fwww.w3.org%2F2000%2Fsvg' viewBox%3D'0 0 300 168'%2F%3E\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.blackfilm.com\/read\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/Halo-Nightfall-Mike-Colter1-300x168.jpg\" width=\"300\" height=\"168\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Sergio Mimica-Gezzan<\/strong>\u00a0will direct the film with \u2018Prison Break\u2019 creator Paul Schuering writing the script. Ridley Scott amd David Zucker are executive producing the project, which is said to be live action and somewhat similar to Machinima\u2019s Halo 4: Forward Unto Dawn webseries.<\/p>\n<p>Colter has appeared in numerous TV series including a starring role on\u00a0<strong>\u2018Ringer\u2019<\/strong>\u00a0and guest-starring roles on\u00a0<strong>\u2018The Good Wife\u2019<\/strong>\u00a0and \u2018The Following.\u2019 The South Carolina native played boxer Big Willie Little in the Oscar winning film\u00a0<strong>\u2018Million Dollar Baby.\u2019\u00a0<\/strong>He was seen opposite\u00a0<strong>Will Smith<\/strong>\u00a0in<strong>\u2018Men In Black 3.\u2019\u00a0<\/strong>and in\u00a0<strong>Kathryn Bigelow\u2019s \u2018Zero Dark Thirty.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><iframe
