Actor Taye Diggs<\/strong> will reunite with his “The Best Man” and “The Best Man Holiday\u201d co-star Morris Chestnut<\/strong> as he guest-stars in a recurring role on the new drama ROSEWOOD, appearing in a multi-episode arc of the series.<\/p>\n

In the all-new \u201cFashionistas and Fasciitis\u201d episode of Rosewood airing Wednesday, Nov. 25 (8:00-9:00 PM ET\/PT)<\/strong> on FOX, there\u2019s a plot to kill Gigi Gaston (guest star Emayatzy Corinealdi<\/strong>), one of the city\u2019s hottest new designers,\u00a0amidst the glitz and glamour of Miami Fashion Week, and she turns to Rosewood for help.<\/p>\n

As the case takes Rosewood and Detective Villa (Jaina Lee Ortiz<\/strong>) from the catwalk to the perp walk, Rosewood learns of his shared past with the victim. When he enlists the aid of his best friend, Dr. Mike Boyce (guest star Taye Diggs), Rosewood unintentionally gives Villa the jolt she needs to get back into the dating pool. Potential love also is in the air for Donna, who tries her hand at online dating. Meanwhile, Pippy and TMI find their romance on the skids when Pippy discovers TMI has kept an important secret from her.<\/p>\n

Diggs recently concluded his run in the title role of Broadway\u2019s \u201cHedwig and the Angry Inch.\u201d<\/strong> He appeared this summer in the cable drama \u201cMurder in the First,\u201d<\/strong> and has wrapped production on the upcoming feature film \u201cOne Shot,\u201d<\/strong> opposite Topher Grace.<\/p>\n

Set against the vibrant backdrop of one of the world\u2019s hottest cities \u2013 Miami \u2013 new medical procedural ROSEWOOD stars Morris Chestnut as Dr. Beaumont Rosewood, Jr., the city\u2019s top private pathologist. Brilliant, cool with tons of charisma, Rosewood teams up with the tough-as-nails Detective Annalise Villa (Jaina Lee Ortiz), to uncover clues no one else sees and help the Miami PD solve the city\u2019s most challenging cases. The series comes from executive producer Todd Harthan<\/strong> (\u201cPsych,\u201d \u201cDominion\u201d) and also stars Lorraine Toussaint<\/strong> (\u201cOrange is the New Black\u201d) and Gabrielle Dennis<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
