Unscripted television has asserted itself across the globe as one of the most popular forms of TV, and VH1 is undeniably a leader within the space. We are committed to building inroads for today&#8217;s emerging content creators, pavingthe way for future innovation,\u201d<\/strong> says Melanie Sharee, ABFF Programming Director.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The following provides general submission information about the ABFF Non-Fiction Storytelling Workshop:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Open to U.S. residents, of African descent, age 21 and older<br \/>\n\u2022 Entrant must submit a treatment comprised of the following:<br \/>\n-Title: A dynamic title to represent your central idea.<br \/>\n-Logline: A one or two sentence statement of the idea being proposed (circa 25 words)<br \/>\n-Synopsis: A three-paragraph synopsis outlining the idea in more detail (circa 300-500 words).<br \/>\n-Episodes: (Optional) A top line episode storyline summary (circa 500-1000 words).<br \/>\n-Characters: (Optional) Short descriptive outlines for each of the main characters (circa 100 words each)<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cVH1 is a champion for diversity of talent both in front of and behind the camera.
