the top choice for the female lead in Warner Bros. comic book film <strong>&#8216;The Flash.&#8217;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Fumiyama helmed the 2014 Open Road film <strong>&#8216;Dope,&#8217;<\/strong> in which Clemons had one of the lead roles.<\/p>\n<p>The Flash will star <strong>Ezra Miller<\/strong>,\u00a0who first appeared as the superhero in WB\u2019s &#8216;<strong>Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice.&#8217;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The site states that Clemons may play\u00a0Iris West, the tough-as-nails journalist and friend of Barry Allen, the alter ego of the Flash.<\/p>\n<p>Interesting enough,\u00a0<strong>Candice Patton<\/strong> plays the role on the TV show, CW&#8217;s The Flash.<\/p>\n<p>Production is expected to commence sometime this year.<\/p>\n<p>Clemons was recently featured opposite\u00a0<strong>Chloe Moretz<\/strong> in<strong> &#8216;Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising.&#8217;<\/strong> She has one of the leads in Sony\u2019s remake of
