20th Century Fox TV has announced that the highly anticipated return \u201cPrison Break\u201d <\/strong>will premiere on Tuesday, April 4 at 9pm, reuniting original series stars\u00a0Wentworth Miller, Dominic Purcell, Sarah Wayne Callies, Amaury Nolasco, Robert Knepper, Rockmond Dunbar <\/strong>and Paul Adelstein<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The original action drama centered on MICHAEL SCOFIELD (Miller, \u201cThe Loft\u201d), a young man determined to save his convicted brother, LINCOLN BURROWS (Purcell, \u201cDC\u2019s Legends of Tomorrow\u201d), from death row by hatching an elaborate plan to escape from prison.<\/p>\n

In the all-new event series, filmed on location in Morocco, clues surface that suggest a previously thought-to-be-dead Michael may be alive. Lincoln and SARA (Sarah Wayne Callies, \u201cColony,\u201d \u201cThe Walking Dead\u201d), Michael\u2019s wife until he was presumed dead, reunite to engineer the series\u2019 biggest escape ever, as three of Fox River State Penitentiary\u2019s most notorious escapees, SUCRE (Nolasco, \u201cTelenovela\u201d), T-BAG (Knepper, \u201cHeroes\u201d) and C-NOTE (Dunbar, \u201cThe Mentalist\u201d), are pulled back into the action.<\/p>\n

\u201cPrison Break\u201d was an immediate critical and ratings hit when it premiered on FOX in the fall of 2005, garnering Golden Globe Award nominations for Best Television Series \u2013 Drama and Best Performance by an Actor in a Television Series \u2013 Drama (Miller). The original producing team, including series creator Paul T.
