The film is currently shooting in Austin, Texas.<\/p>\n<p>Producers Slater and King stated, <strong>\u201cAfter we produced Andrew&#8217;s &#8220;Results\u201d, we find ourselves again incredibly fortunate to work with him on a comedy that drills into a unique microcosm of American culture while also shedding light on broader topical issues of sexism, capitalism and more.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.blackfilm.com\/read\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/Andrew-Bujalski.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" data-expand=\"600\" class=\"lazyload alignright size-medium wp-image-98196\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;charset=utf-8,%3Csvg xmlns%3D'http%3A%2F%2Fwww.w3.org%2F2000%2Fsvg' viewBox%3D'0 0 199 300'%2F%3E\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.blackfilm.com\/read\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/Andrew-Bujalski-199x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"199\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Lisa Conroy (Hall) may not love managing the restaurant Double Whammies, but she loves her employees more than anything, not only Danyelle (McHale), and Maci (Richardson) her closest friends, but also her extended family that includes co-workers Krista (Michalka), Jennelle (Gelula), and regular Bobo (DeLaria). Unfortunately, the cheap, curmudgeonly owner Ben Cubby (Le Gros) doesn\u2019t care nearly as much, and confronts Lisa when he learns that she\u2019s using the restaurant to raise money for Shaina (Kramer), an employee in legal trouble related to an abusive boyfriend. To get even, the girls decide to sabotage the restaurant on the night of a major mixed martial arts fight.
