With Christopher Plummer<\/strong> stepping in to replace Kevin Spacey in the role of\u00a0J. Paul Getty,\u00a0Sony Pictures has released a set of character posters for director Ridley Scott\u2019s <\/strong>Getty kidnapping drama All the Money in the World,<\/strong>\u00a0starring Michelle Williams and Mark Wahlberg.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Also featured in the film are\u00a0Romain Duris,\u00a0Charlie Plummer <\/strong>and\u00a0Timothy Hutton<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

All the Money in the World follows the kidnapping of 16-year-old John Paul Getty III (Plummer) and the desperate attempt by his devoted mother Gail (Williams) to convince his billionaire grandfather (Spacey) to pay the ransom. When Getty Sr. refuses, Gail attempts to sway him as her son\u2019s captors become increasingly volatile and brutal. With her son\u2019s life in the balance, Gail and Getty\u2019s advisor (Wahlberg) become unlikely allies in the race against time that ultimately reveals the true and lasting value of love over money.<\/p>\n

Directed by Ridley Scott from a script by\u00a0David Scarpa<\/strong>, the film is based on the book by John Pearson<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Sony will release All the Money in the World\u00a0in theaters on December 22, 2017<\/p>\n
