Benicio Del Toro and Josh Brolin star in SICARIO 2: SOLDADO.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Columbia Pictures (via Entertainment Weekly<\/a>) have released the first trailer for Sicario 2: Soldado<\/strong>, starring Academy Award winner Benicio Del Toro.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Returning to reprise their roles from Denis Villeneuve\u2019s 2015 film Sicario are Benicio Del Toro<\/strong> as Alejandro Gillick and Josh Brolin<\/strong> as CIA Agent Matt Graver. The pair find themselves once again in the middle of the escalating war against drugs along the border of the United States and Mexico.<\/p>\n

Also starring in Soldado are Matthew Modine<\/strong> (Stranger Things, Full Metal Jacket), Catherine Keener <\/strong>(Get Out, The 40 Year Old Virgin), Manuel Garcia-Rulfo<\/strong> (The Magnificent Seven, Murder on the Orient Express) and Jeffrey Donovan<\/strong> (Burn Notice, Fargo).<\/p>\n

Italian director Stefano Sollima (Gomorra, A.C.A.B.) directs the film, which once again was written by screenwriter Taylor Sheridan (Wind River).<\/p>\n

Sicario 2: Soldado will hit theaters on June 29, 2018<\/strong><\/p>\n
