The Dahomey Warriors are considered to be the inspiration for Black Panther&#8217;s all-female bodyguards, the Dora Milaje, played by Okoye (Danai Gurira) and Ayo (Florence Kasumba).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.blackfilm.com\/read\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/Black-Panther-The-Dora-Milaje.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" data-expand=\"600\" class=\"lazyload alignright size-medium wp-image-106313\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;charset=utf-8,%3Csvg xmlns%3D'http%3A%2F%2Fwww.w3.org%2F2000%2Fsvg' viewBox%3D'0 0 300 158'%2F%3E\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.blackfilm.com\/read\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/Black-Panther-The-Dora-Milaje-300x158.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"158\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Development on the Dahomey Warriors project will start immediately with details of the other two scripted projects to follow. Sony Pictures Television will distribute internationally.
