\"\"<\/a>Roadside Attractions and Miramax have released the official poster for Whitney<\/strong>, Academy Award-winning director Kevin Macdonald<\/strong>\u2019s highly anticipated documentary about the life and career of legendary superstar Whitney Houston.<\/strong><\/p>\n

To create the teaser poster art for WHITNEY, Roadside Attractions and Miramax approached acclaimed photographer and director Randee St Nicholas. Over the years, Randee collaborated with Whitney Houston many times and opened up her archives to the studios.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019ve been quite fortunate throughout my career to have photographed and directed music videos for some of the most talented artists of our time. Among them was the extremely charismatic and enchanting beauty Whitney Houston. I began photographing Whitney during the filming of \u2018The Bodyguard,\u2019 and photographed her for the very last time for the film \u2018Sparkle.\u2019 During all of the years in-between, we shared many creative adventures for various projects she was working on.\u201d<\/strong> – Randee St Nicholas<\/p>\n

WHITNEY recently had its world premiere at the 2018 Cannes Film Festival out of competition, and will have a theatrical release this summer in the United States on July 6th.<\/p>\n
