Bleecker Street and ShivHans Pictures has released the teaser trailer to the thriller “Hotel Mumbai” which deals with the true story tale of the devastating terrorist attack on the Taj Mahal Palace Hotel in India in 2008.
Directed by Australian filmmaker Anthony Maras from a script he co-wrote with John Collee, the film stars Dev Patel, Armie Hammer, Nazanin Boniadi, Anupam Kher, Tilda Cobham-Hervey, Jason Isaacs, Suhail Nayyar and Natasha Liu Bordizzo.
The film explores the terrifying assault in which guests and staff of the Taj Mahal Palace Hotel – including wealthy new parents David and Zahra (Armie Hammer and Nazanin Boniadi), Russian businessman Vasili (Jason Issacs) and newly promoted waiter Arjun (Dev Patel) – engage in a desperate fight for survival.
The film premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival on September 7, 2018. It is scheduled to be released on March 29, 2019,
