Blackfilm.com has learned that Mexican actress Kate Del Castillo has been added to the cast of No Good Deed,’ joining Idris Elba and Taraji P. Henson.

The Aimee Lagos-written screenplay centers “around a former D.A turned stay-at-home mom (Henson) and her two small children who are terrorized and kidnapped from their home when she invites a good looking mysterious stranger (Elba) in to wait for help after his car ran off the road.”

Del Castillo is playing the role of Alexis. Stay tuned for more details regarding her character.

Will Packer of Rainforest Films banner is producing along with Lee Clay. Ellen Goldsmith-Vein, Lindsey Williams, Elba, and Rob Hardy will executive produce.

One of Mexico’s most acclaimed and popular actresses, Del Castillo Recently starred in the highly successful series La Reina del Sur for Telemundo network. Her previous film credits include ‘Without Men,’ ‘Under the Same Moon (La Misma Luna),’ ‘Trade,’ and ‘Bordertown.’

No Good Deed is currently filming in Atlanta, Georgia.
