“We’re born sons and we die sons, somewhere in between is the story.”
SONS 2 THE GRAVE is a film about choices we make and the consequences that can take you down. Eighteen-year-old basketball Phenom Marcus Jennings (played by Trevor Jackson) was murdered, after midnight, on a footbridge dividing homes of the rich and politically connected from poverty stricken Hudson. Friends remain silent, giving power to a killer, binding them for life. Celebrity attracts the good the bad and the ugly, not always clearly defined, but in the end, it’s what they all had in common that ended Marcus’ life … fear. Fear of staying, fear of leaving and the fear of appearing weak.
