Lifetime has released some pics from its upcoming film, “Back To School Mom,” starring Kimberly Elise, Loretta Devine, Rick Fox, Garcelle Beauvais, Harry Lennix and Denzel Whitaker.
Directed by Christopher Erskine, and produced by Milan Selassie, The film will premiere Saturday, February 14, at 8pm ET/PT.
As a 21-year-old college student, Mary Flannery fell pregnant with a wealthy law student’s baby. His family forced her to give up her son, promising a better life for him with them, and they made her leave town. After years of traveling the world, at the age of 41, Mary Thomas has made the decision to return to college and finish her degree. Back at her old university, she befriends her “peer tutor”—only to learn that he is actually the son she gave up 20 years earlier.
