Regina Hall’s Rh Negative Signs Overall with ViacomCBS

Rh Negative – Regina Hall’s production company – has just signed an overall deal with ViacomCBS’ Entertainment & Youth Group. The department, which will soon be rebranded as MTV Entertainment Group, has signed a six movie slate deal with Hall’s company. As part of the deal, Hall will executive produce six TV movies with three of the six being executive produced by Hall and Jesse Collins under his shingle Jesse Collins Entertainment. The movies will air on the Paramount Network, MTV and Comedy Central. This deal comes on the heels of the announcement that Hall has just signed a first-look deal with ViacomCBS company, Showtime. Hall also stars and is a producer for the Showtime comedy Black Monday which has been renewed for a third season. 

The Girls Trip actress has a long list of movie credits; starring in the movies Scary Movie, the Think Like a Man & The Best Man franchises, About Last Night, and Big – to name a few. The star is currently in production for the HULU series Nine perfect Strangers opposite Melissa McCarthy and Nicole Kidman and is also set to executive produce and star in the occult drama Master. Hall can be seen next in MGM’s News in Yuba County, to be released January 22.
