Lionsgate has pushed up the release date for Tyler Perry’s Single Moms Club. Instead of an early summer date of May 9, the film will now come out two months early on March 14.
The film stars Nia Long, Wendi McLendon-Covey, William Levy, Zulay Henao, Amy Smart, Cocoa Brown, Ryan Eggold, Terry Crews and Eddie Cibrian, with Perry producing the film with Ozzie Areu and Matt Moore through the Tyler Perry Studios banner.
Story follows a group of single mothers from different walks of life who are brought together by an incident at their children’s school. They bond and create a support group that helps them find comedy in the obstacles of life, as well as their inner strength to overcome their personal challenges.
Perry’s next film, Tyler Perry’s A Madea Christmas, opens on December 13.
