Currently online is the short film, ‘Father’s Day,’ written & directed by Jim St. Germain and starring Michael K. Williams and Jerod Haynes (NBC’s The Village) and Carter Golden. Jesse Eisenberg and Anthony Katagas served as Executive Producers.
Inspired by true events, the film tackles the duality of a father and son’s loving but challenging relationship. “Father’s Day” merges storytelling, truth and generational sacrifice, into a conversation-starter that came together through shared experiences and friendship in Brooklyn.
Germain was selected as the Cinema Series Resident at the Wythe Hotel, where the film first screened in October 2019.
