‘All American Stories’ Docuseries with Spencer Paysinger Hits The CW in January

The CW is bringing another sports series to the network in January with All American Stories. Stories is a docuseries that highlights athletes who have overcome great obstacles to achieve greatness. Former NFL player and inspiration behind All American, Spencer Paysigner, will be co-hosting the show alongside Pac-12 Network analyst Yogi Roth. Roth also serves as executive producer for the series with Rain Management’s Jonathan Baruch and Taylor Kavanaugh. CW Seed, Rain Management, and Blue Ox Films are producing the project.

In the eight-part series, Roth will talk with eight athletes who have beat the odds to gain success in their respective sport, while Paysinger offers insight from his own triumph over challenge journey to the NFL. Athletes spotlighted in the series are NFL linebacker Azeez Al-Shaair, Paralympic Medalist Scout Basset, Olympic Gold Medalist Michelle Carter, Paralympic guide runner Jerome Avery, adventurer Colin O’Brady, cyclist Denise Muller Korenek, Paralympic cyclist Leo Rogers and Olympic runner Lopez Lomong.

All American Stories will debut with two one-hour specials, with part 1 premiering on Monday, January 11 at 8 pm (which will be followed by a special sneak peak at All American Season 3, premiering Monday, January 18) and part 2 airing Monday, February 1 at 9 pm. Each episode will be available to stream for free on The CW app and cwtv.com after airing with the full eight-part docuseries available on The CW’s digital network, CW Seed.
