The Black List: 2021 Oscars Red Carpet Fashion

Famously dubbed as the “Biggest night in Hollywood” the 2021 Oscars resurfaced some of the top names in the industry for a night of honors in favor of cinema. The 93rd Oscars was historic, not just because of the obvious tip-toe back into real life after the nearly debilitating Coronavirus Pandemic, but because it marked the most inclusive Oscars we have seen since it’s inception. This years production team included Jesse Collins, Questlove, Dream Hampton and more – which can be seen throughout the show. However, you didn’t come here for that – what most people watch the Oscars for is the red carpet. The red carpet is where stars come to showcase their professionally curated taste in style, with their fashion pics ultimately influencing fashion trends for the next year. The evenings Black stars showed up and showed out for their big night, not allowing the pandemic to tone their style choices down. Here’s a glimpse at all the looks that the night’s Black artists were wearing. 2021 Oscars Red Carpet
