Throughout the month, Hulu will be hosting audio conversations between pairs of prominent Black voices from across Hulu, The Walt Disney Company and Disney Streaming on Twitter Spaces.
Kicking off with Grown-ish stars Trevor Jackson and Diggy Simmons at 12:30PM PT on February 10th, the conversations will dive into the artists’ lives and careers and highlight Black creators’ contributions to pop culture. Van Lathan will be moderating.
Each conversation will be 30 minutes long, and listeners can join with their Twitter accounts (linked above) to follow along with the discussion. Additional pairings will be announced in the coming weeks.

Trevor Jackson is an American actor, singer, and songwriter. He is best known for portraying Aaron Jackson on Freeform original series Grown-ish, Kevin Blake on Syfy original series Eureka, Kris McDuffy on Disney Channel’s television movie Let It Shine, and Kevin LaCroix on American Crime. Other notable appearances include Broadway musical The Lion King, where he played the Young Simba, and television guest star roles on both Cold Case and Harry’s Law. In 2012, he won the Young Artist Award for Best Performance in a TV Series. In 2018, he starred as the lead of the crime drama film Superfly as Priest.
Daniel Simmons, better known by his stage name Diggy Simmons or commonly just Diggy, is an American rapper, singer, songwriter, model, and actor and the fourth child of Joseph “Rev. Run” Simmons of Run DMC. He is currently acting on the hit show Grown-ish as Doug Edwards, a student at Cal U. He, along with his parents and five siblings, were the primary subjects of the MTV reality television show Run’s House. Diggy was also the youngest member of Lupe Fiasco’s short-lived rap collective, All City Chess Club.
