With a mission to “stand on the pillars of innovation, independence, ownership, and excellence,” Founder, and producer Noel Braham, had this to say about his vision for the new partnership:

“It’s no secret that there is a lack of BIPOC representation within the entertainment industry both on and off screen. We are furthering this partnership in hopes to change the world through stories and art. As two independent companies, our goal and mission aside from ownership, is to elevate the entertainment industry and provide audiences around the world with fresh and original narratives that Godhood and its founder, Tyler have birthed,” said Braham.

Braham recently acquired the TV adaptation rights to Godhood Comics’ latest series The Antagonists. The collaboration reunites the duo, who originally hail from the same hometown in Atlanta, Georgia and share a similar vision, the independent publisher hopes to highlight diversity through comic stories centered around BIPOC characters and concepts.

“This continued partnership with Braham entertainment solidifies our mission to tell BIPOC stories in their entirety, stories of authenticity and quality. We are extremely elated to begin laying the groundwork for a universe created by US, about US, but for ALL,” said Tyler F. Martin, Godhood’s founder, and CEO.

Under the multi-year deal, Braham will develop and executive produce film and television content for broadcast, cable, and streaming.

Most known for his Daytime Emmy award nominations for his short, Watchtower in the Outstanding Special Class Directing and Outstanding Special Class Short Format Programming category; Braham has also won in the Disney/ Lucas Fan Film Awards for Best VFX and Best Choreography – for his project STAR WARS EXILE.
