James Bond is making some new friends in the latest installment of the Bond franchise – No Time To Die. Lashana Lynch (Captain Marvel) and Ana de Armas (Knives Out) will fight alongside Bond as agents Nomi (Lynch) and Paloma (de Armas), while Oscar winner Rami Malek will play Bond’s new arch nemesis – Safin. Cary Joji Fukunaga (Beasts of No Nation) is directing. The film is set to be released only in theaters on October 8.
In No Time To Die, Bond has left active service and is enjoying a tranquil life in Jamaica. His peace is short-lived when his old friend Felix Leiter from the CIA turns up asking for help. The mission to rescue a kidnapped scientist turns out to be far more treacherous than expected, leading Bond onto the trail of a mysterious villain armed with dangerous new technology. Fukunaga co-wrote the script with Neal Purvis, Robert Wade and Phoebe Waller-Bridge, based on a story by Neal Purvis & Robert Wade and Fukunaga.
