Beckett (John David Washington), follows an American tourist vacationing in Greece who becomes the target of a manhunt after a devastating accident. Forced to run for his life and desperate to get across the country to the American embassy to clear his name, tensions escalate as the authorities close in, political unrest mounts, and Beckett falls even deeper into a dangerous web of conspiracy.”

In 2010, Ferdi’s first short film Diarchy, was awarded at the Locarno and Sundance Film Festivals, and followed it up by directing the documentary Deceit. Visconti’s Conversation Piece, an exploration of Visconti’s masterpiece — it premiered at the Rome Film Festival. Ferdinando’s fiction feature debut, Antonia, a portrait of the Italian poet Antonia Pozzi, premiered at the 50th Karlovy Vary International Film Festival, where it was awarded the Jury Prize. Beckett is Ferdi’s first English-language feature film.
